Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Custom or special-order products are also non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aquacraftbathworks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival. Due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping fees may be substantial and may require freight shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for personal reasons, such as selecting a different color or style. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs (including return and replacement shipping) as well as a service fee for processing the exchange. Service fees typically range from $50 to $150 depending on the product and shipping requirements.

Freight & Large Item Returns

For large or heavy items shipped via freight, customers must arrange for safe return shipping using an approved carrier. We recommend using insured and trackable freight services. We are not responsible for damages occurring during return transit.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior authorization, all shipping costs (including original and return shipping) as well as applicable fees will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Shipping fees and service charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
